Lisa’s Story
Lisa was working for a big organisation in the Healthcare sector. She enjoyed her job but felt frustrated by the lack of growth and potential for her to learn and develop in this role. Lisa felt like she was already supporting people in her team to develop but wasn’t being recognised for this.
When we worked together we worked on helping Lisa position herself so that she could showcase her talents and abilities for new roles. Roles which had more added responsibilities with a pay increase. Lisa was also interested in learning and developing and doing a specialised course in her field.
The result of working together helped Lisa land a better paid job where she had more responsibility and was leading others. Lisa was also able to gain access to that course she wanted too and started taking up the training for this.
