In this episode, I spoke to chartered cognitive psychologist Cristina Cioffi. We spoke about a common theme that comes up with my clients who are stressed at work and going through anxiety.
Anxiety is something that Cristina helps her clients through but is also a lecturer at university. We spoke about how being overwhelmed at work can lead to symptoms of anxiety and what it actually is.
